NEAPP is based in a scenic location, overlooking the marina at St Peter’s Wharf in central Newcastle.

We have a consulting room, available for hire by therapists, and a meeting room which can comfortably host training events and meetings. The building is well maintained with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. 

Three parking spaces are available with the hire. There is plenty of additional free parking nearby and two car parks within a two-minutes walk. 

There is a kitchenette, a pub downstairs and a coffee shop just two minutes away. 

Please note that both rooms are accessed via steps, so are not suitable for wheelchair users. 

Consulting room hire

Our consulting room is neutrally decorated and able to comfortably accommodate individual and small-group work (up to five people). The room is equipped with comfortable chairs, a couch, and a “white noise” box. Facilities include a toilet and a kitchenette. Room users can book for the hour, or on a regular basis, in which case the room needs to be booked termly. The rate per hour is £10.

Meeting room hire

Our meeting room can be configured in a number of ways to accommodate groups of up to 50 people. There is a projector, screen, microphones and wifi. The rate is £25 per hour.
